En este pasaje, Jesús enseña a la multitud que Él es el pan vivo que descendió del cielo y que el que coma de este pan, vivirá para siempre. Nos ofrece pan celestial para una vida eterna, pero nosotros debemos comerlo. La fe en Jesús no es probar o admirar, sino comer.  Jesús nos dice que debemos tenerlo dentro de nosotros, y debemos comer de Él.

In this passage, Jesus teaches the crowd that He is the living bread that came down from heaven and that whoever eats this bread will live forever. He offers us heavenly bread for eternal life, but we must eat it. Faith in Jesus is not tasting or admiring, but eating. Jesus tells us that we must have him within us, and we must eat from him.

En este pasaje, Jesús responde a la cuarta petición hecha por la multitud después de alimentar a los 5000: Señor, danos este pan siempre. Jesús explicó que el que viene a Él, es decir, lo recibe, cree en Él, encontrará su hambre espiritual satisfecha en Jesús. ¡Alabado sea el Señor! ¡Gracias a Dios por proporcionar todo lo que necesitamos!

In this passage, Jesus answers the fourth request made by the crowd after feeding the 5000: Lord, give us this bread always.  Jesus explained that the one who comes to Him – that is, receives Him, believes upon Him – will find his spiritual hunger satisfied in Jesus. Praise the Lord! Thanks God for providing all we need!
