Do whatever feels life-giving
Feast (eat differently on the other 6 days)
Gather as a family right before the Sabbath and throw ideas in a box, then pick 1 or 2 out for that day
Light a candle as you kick off Sabbath with a lovely dinner and talk about your favorite part of the Sabbath and what makes it challenging
Go to a worship service
Don't set an alarm
Be in nature
Invite friends to dinner
Play, create, do nothing of significance
