The 4-7-8 breathing technique involves breathing in for 4 seconds, holding the breath for 7 seconds, and exhaling for 8 seconds.

This breathing technique is able to aid in producing a deep calm over the body and help us switch from a sympathetic to a more parasympathetic tone. Get out of the monkey mind and in to a tranquil clear state. If you feel light headed or unwell at anytime please return to your normal breathing.
