In this episode, we will practice a 5-minute Deep Core Mantra Meditation. You will learn how to awaken your deep core muscles and pair Mantra Meditation to your cooldown time.
Find a quiet space.
Close your eyes.
Take three deep and slow breaths to reset your nervous system.
Let your breath do its thing.
Don't force it.
Sometimes your breathing will be shallow, fast, or slow.
When thoughts or feelings arise, gently release them by coming back to your mantra.
With each breath, I strengthen my core.
In time you will crave daily meditation just as much as a good workout craving.
