Festival season is upon us! Join us as we review a number of newly released and highly anticipated festival lineups. Other topics include spontaneous concerts, Brooklyn warehouses, and a spicy major label lawsuit scandal with a very famous pop star. 

We are back for season 2 of Deep Cuts! This week we're encapsulating old man energy as we discuss the effects of Tik Tok on our favorite songs. We also talk about the Taylor Swift vs Damon Albarn "writing your own music" drama and we rate and discuss this spring and summer's upcoming festival lineups. This week we dive deep into one of our favorite topics and earliest bond in music; The Beatles. We bring along special guest Tara Kerrigan, Kelly's older sister, to share some of her special stories and knowledge of The Beatles. This episode is dedicated to Kelly and Tara's Papa (Michael) on what would have been his 71st birthday today. This time every year the internet is flooding with the same old same old "Best Albums of the Year" lists, so we wanted to bring our very own. In no particular order, we share our favorite albums of 2021 (check out our 'Deep Cuts Best Albums of 2021' playlist). We also discuss some new releases (Tame Impala, Beach House, Khrunagbin etc.) and our very own Spotify Wrapped and the cringe tactics of Spotify's copywriters.
