I'm your host Graham Selden and as an executive recruiter and a career coach with over 25 years experience, I’ve conducted thousands of interviews and I never get bored, and that's because by carefully asking the right questions and being interested in people's stories, no interview is ever the same.

There is always so much to learn about what drives leaders in our field. In Deep CV Diving I reflect on some of the most salient points in the interview to find out what can be learned from their experience and what advice do they have for others carving out a similar career. Join me as I find out on Wednesday 29th March.
