Deep Dive 4 Life

Love is a tricky subject. Left to our own devices we skew God's true intentions for loving relationships to fit our selfish motives. As Christians we are called, we are COMMANDED to love one another. But how could we do that if we no longer know what true love is? Sit down with the love doctors Chris and Andrew as we dive into what the Bible has to say about love and how it could radically change the world as we know it.

Jesus spoke using parables, short stories that focus on greater themes, to help relay His messages to the people. Each of these parables focus on different aspects of everyday Christian life and this week we focus on 'The Sower', found in Matt. 13. 'Parable Ponderings' is a new segment we hope to continue monthly to get people thinking about the deeper meanings behind some of Jesus' greatest teachings.

If God is loving, how could a virus like COVID-19 exist? Join us this week as we dive into this question with special guest Rev. Andy Watson. This discussion was sparked while reading The Case For Faith by Lee Strobel. In his book, Strobel breaks down a question many Christians and non-believers face, if God is loving, why does evil exist? We have put a new spin on that question relating the current pandemic, and no, we are not discussing any personal connections involving COVID-19.
