The episode today is focused on mechanics and how important and essential they are in making a throw. I speak on the importance of mechanics, and the importance of not getting too carried away with them as well. We need to have balance with them. Diving too deep could take the very nature and beauty of the throw away.

I add my thoughts on being bored and how being bored may be the key to finding things you are looking for. It is hard to be bored in today's society with so much thrown in our faces and shoved into our brains due to technology and social media. Space away can be used for exponential growth.
