Audrey Hardin is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Dallas and McKinney, Texas with
Hardin Life Resources and serves with their non-profit ministry, Business and
Professional Outreach Intl (BPO). She is committed to counseling the whole
person through an integrated approach as modeled after Luke 2:52.
She holds certifications in attachment and trauma-informed
techniques that utilize current neurobiological and physiological research and
uses this training in her work with individuals, couples, and groups.
Audrey is also a Splankna practitioner and Certified Mental
Health Integrative Medicine Provider (CMHIMP) and works with her clients to
experience greater healing through exploring the connection between emotional
and physical symptoms such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem,
gastrointestinal issues, headaches, and autoimmune diseases.
Like the other Hardins, Audrey approaches the therapeutic
process as a blueprint for growth that integrates the whole person. To become
"healthy and happy" you must become aware of and nurture development
in all four parts of yourself: Physical, Emotional, Social, and Spiritual.
“My goal is to foster holistic growth
and help empower you to find and live a full, meaningful life by using
collaborative, evidence-based therapy. I believe that through a commitment to
growth people can change and therefore, their world can change. There's a lot
of dark, painful brokenness in the world and knowing that restoration is
possible through growth gives me hope. Together, we will discover and move
through the roadblocks in your past or present that are holding you back
personally, relationally or professionally.”
In addition to her private practice, Audrey is a
sought-after speaker and workshop leader in Faith-based settings throughout the
South. Her expertise in holistic psychology has set her apart and empowered her
clients to get “unstuck” from their troublesome thoughts, emotions, behaviors
A graduate of Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, Mark Davis came to PCPC as our Youth Pastor in 2003 and became our Senior Pastor in 2009. He and his bride, Kristina, met at a Young Life Camp in 1988 and have five amazing kids, Kara (and husband, Drew), Madalyn (and husband, Jack), Cayden, Esther Kate, & Samuel.
We are excited to launch this series on Relationships. Join us to hear from Audrey Hardin, LPC, to discuss how we can foster relationships that allow us to live out our freedom in Christ. Often, it is through relationships that brokenness is magnified. Yet, God does not call us to live in relational hurt; He calls us to trust in Him. The way that we go about life, if we don’t resolve our hurts and losses, ends up being self-protective, and God does not call us to live in self-protection. He calls us to live and walk by faith in His love.
Tune in to hear Audrey’s wisdom and experience on how to evaluate where we are physically, relationally, spiritually, and emotionally, so that we can foster healthy relationships.
