Experience Deep Nervous System Rest with this 30-minute Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation. This practice is designed to help regulate your Nervous System, promoting relaxation and Stress Relief, which can be very helpful for mental health and overall well-being.
By activating the parasympathetic nervous system, you can better calm your mind and body, allowing for a deeper state of relaxation and rest. This body scan meditation will guide you through a process called ‘Resting the Nerves’ (Medical Medium Meditation tool), helping to calm your mind and prepare your body for a restful night's sleep or a rejuvenating moment.
This Practice Incorporates the ‘Resting the Nerves’ exercise from Anthony William’s (Medical Medium) Book ‘Brain Saver’ along with a Guided and Deeply Restful Yoga Nidra at the end.
These two practices together I find to be Deeply Restful and relaxing to the Nervous System, Body, and Being. Kind of like getting an Energetic Massage.
