Could this be the first appearance of many (or a couple) of golfers with the last name Fox that are from New Zealand? 

Tom Fox, good friend of former two-time guests 'Marty from the Edge' and 'ACR' joins the boys to discuss all things golf, the Tokyo Olympics (which he helped guide Lydia Ko to a Bronze medal at) and a lot of other stuff you'll never hear because we forgot to record the first 15 minutes.

Episode 40! 

This week on Deep Rough the boys welcomed in Jay Carter, the NZ National Golf Coach to The Golf Bunker (digitally of course) to discuss everything from the success of NZ golfers at the moment, his own golfing career, more than a few rattling stories that involved Paraparaumu Beach Golf Course and the mental side of the game.

The boys welcomed one of the great roosters, Ben Searle or Searley from Searley Talks Sports and Searley Talks Warriors into The Golf Bunker via computer. 

There was a huge amount of fizz and plenty of yarns ranging from general sport, to podcasting and golf of course. Billed as the 40th episode right throughout we've since realised it was only episode 39, some real disappointment there.

The boys managed to get a hold of one of the best Master Club Fitters in the country, Nick Gillespie to talk through his former life as a professional golfer. 

From how it all started, to shooting a course record -7 at the Vic Open in 2013,  forgetting to sign his card and being DQ'd to some extra wild bonus content at the very end once the official interview has stopped and before we stopped recording!
