Deep South Dharma was delighted to host Kevin Griffin and over 50 other participants in an online event on the evening of February 2, 2021. This audio recording from the live Zoom evening begins with a 20-minute meditation, followed by some reflections by Kevin about the use of mindfulness in 12-Step recovery. It was a wonderful evening, and we all felt grateful to be a part of it.
