Back in 1993, as Next Generation was in its sixth season, Star Trek launched its next bold chapter: Deep Space Nine, the story of a Starfleet crew taking over control of a Cardassian space station. The cast was rounded out by a (at first) hostile Bajoran officer, a curmudgeonly constable, and a Ferengi shopkeeper. We are joined by Elaine and Matt Sweatman, who have just completed watching DS9’s debut season together for the first time. We’ll be talking all about the highs and lows of that landmark first season!
