The ability to squat all the way down like a child is something that I knew made sense but I lost ability to do it. When I tore my meniscus at age 17 the first thing that went away was my ability to squat all the way down. I went all through my athletic career on a torn meniscus and I really lost hope.
Over the last 4 years by training from the ground up I have gotten out of pain and my knees feel better than ever. This whole process begins with just simply walking backwards. I hope you enjoy this episode
