I went to an all boy HS, so workplace rumors and slander was new to me.  Thing ya'll losers don't understand is that there are real people involved, and your words may cause more damage than you know...and then we get into toxic relationships, accountability and self confidence. On this episode, I continue to learn and be educated on things that women deal with, that I will never experience. On this episode, I go to the source...A WOMAN! I didn't go to an article written by some man with a phd or md, nor did I go to my own boys and ask questions (basically ladies, i'm taking a light jab at those of you that will listen to your girlfriends or  other women about men more than you would an actual man), I go to the expert at having a period. While my guest can only speak about her own experiences, she gives me a greater understanding about how the hormonal swings effect her day to day, her reactions to birth control, and gives me a few tips on what to do and NOT to do when she is inside her menstruation period.
