As we wrap up the Seven Churches of Revelation and Jesus’ warnings and promises. How can we grow to be overcomers in a world that is constantly pulling us away from our focus?

People and churches do not set out to become complacent. Complacency sneaks in and slowly erodes the foundation and can cause collapse of our entire strength in faith. How do we overcome and stand against the danger of complacency?

Sometimes we feel that we are not making anyprogress with our faith, or we feel that we are alone in fighting the good fight. The words to the church in Philadelphia from Jesus are an encouragement if you feel like throwing in the towel. How can we hold on?

There are people and churches caught like zombies, pretending to be alive but reallythey are dead. What is it that makes the life of a Christian fully alive? How can we avoid appearing to be Christian, yet forfeiting our own souls?

It is dangerous to become so complacent that we are allowing ourselves to participate in the sins of others. How can we walk the line of love without participating in the sins of those we want to love into the kingdom?

Christ holds the messengers to the churches in his hand and walks among the churchesin the book of Revelation. We can see his care and know that we are loved and never alone.
