So this may sound contradictory in that we know that God desires that all men be saved as it states in 1 Timmy 2:4 “who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.” So if this is the case, how then is it possible that at the same time He would be thinning the herd. Well my “Seedy Seedlings” message explains that and so no need to go into it here other than to say He does and is, and even will be. See what Matthew states in 25:32-33 – 32) All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. 33) And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left. 

So no doubt you feel better about the title and cannot wait to see what this 8-episode series is all about. Neither can I so while you’re giving this an ear, I will be working on the other 7-messages as I don’t want to keep you waiting.

So there is so much discussion as to whether the Holy Spirit exists, is God, is for today's believers, etc. and there is a lot of etc's. But so I just try and stay in my lane of knowledge which I feel I do a pretty good job of. Partially because I am now careful who I allow into my spiritual space. Oh you don’t have to worry, once you get born again and begin attending a church address, which you should do, you will meet a lot of space-cases trying to teach you what little they know. It’s babies training babies to become none other than, you guessed it, babies. What did you just say Kenneth? Yup if we are not making disciples that remain, not equipping the saints for the work of ministry, nope not developing our ministry, be it something in the church or outside of it, then it is impossible for us to train up another in the way they should go. Spiritual babies cannot reproduce teenagers. You just cannot teach what you yourself do not know, won’t know, or don’t apply that knowing so that you truly know. If you cannot be a disciple then surely you cannot reproduce one. Who do you think God is?   

Ok so but now this message will help you to see that the Holy Spirit is necessary for you to be, and without Him you would be a not to be. That’s not a question. Enjoy and grow and then go and make some disciples.

Well no it’s not a story about the SS Mino. Nor totally just about the Ark. It’s more about what floats you boat. The ride of life is not going to be like a cruse down the river in an oversized inner tube whereby you can softly ricochet off ever little obstacle that comes your way. Life really is more like the journey of the Ark from it’s mocking construction to it’s journey all the way up and though the earth filling up with water. The saying what floats your boat is usually quickly addressed logically as water, but when you are a massive wooden cargo ship without shock absorbers and heavy duty sway bars, the ride is anything but lofty. Come see what God has to say in this story least you remain or become an Arksider.

Gakity, gak, don’t talk back. What? Yes for you youngin’s it’s a play on an old song. But so what because it is really a serious thing to consider this one thing which is that the God of love could despise you, your works and your walk with Him so much that He would prefer to vomit you out of His mouth rather than allow you to live with Him just one minute in Heaven. Now this begs the question or the underly pondered thought that Jesus would warn us in advance of this day and yet many are, even right now, preparing to become His projectile – from judgement to hell. Is it so difficult to believe that no not one will be surprised that this is the result of their invisy walk with God? I believe once we check out of our flesh hotel, we will know what side of the road we stand on. No one, not one person will argue with God on His decision of final judgement. 

 The only real surprise for us will be just how awesome heaven really is and just how awful hell really is. And even with those things coming to light we may not at all be surprised once we are stripped of our old bedsheets.

I know, like I don't have to tell you that this is not a message about Tina Turner do I? But really if she knew about this message, she may want to rewrite her song the way it is currently written. Love has everything to do with anything that has to do with God. No love, not His. No love, not going to the spirit in the sky. No love, no idea what the Kingdom of God is like. 

There is a lot I do not know about the love of God. So much so that I probably shouldn’t have agreed with God to write this message. But if I don’t who will? No I really mean who will. Moses wasn’t let of the hook when God called him out of the desert land of I thought I was going to retire here, to a land that was all but too willing to take him out at the first glance of his shepardly mug. 

So but now I know that you want to listen to me babble on about one of thee most missed attributes of God today as not seen by many regardless of whether they believe in God or not. Love appears to have been replaced by unchecked emotions. Yup, don’t you believe it for a minute; love is not an emotion, but an act of service appropriate to the type of love that is in play. When done properly it can stir your emotions, but never allow your emotions to define what love is. No doubt we have all missed the boat with this one.
