Go ahead and try and guess what this message is about before actually listening to it. But no I wouldn't send you on an endless pursuit of well's and what if's. I really liked this message because it shows that even after we blew it with our interview with God, He still hired us (saved us) and then gave us the keys to the gun cabinet (Holy Spirit power).  There are several elements to this story that you will want to know about. So what the heck is a porous chorus and what does it have to do with my relationship with God? Hey it’s okay to ask, as I would have done the same thing. So this is a story about how inert materials sing when placed in the fire and how the fire has a purpose which is to make the thing better than when it first entered the fire. I used steel as my example. Give it a listen you won't go away empty.

This is the second of a two part series. 

It's not in the lost and found. You know that thing that Jesus was sayin' was lost. Nope, we handed it and other things to satan to lay the groundwork for needing a savior. I mean it wouldn't have been much fun if Jesus only came to restore our relationship with God. You see we also lost supernatural power and our authority to use it.  Yup, all gone but for except Jesus went down into the lost and found box in hell and recovered the big three that we would be restored to God, take authority over anything in opposition to His will and purpose, and to remove the strongman from the premises. Take a listen.

So I am definitely not a meeting guy. Not because they are not needed, but because I feel that most of the time my solutions or contributions are beyond what the meeting crowd is ready for.  I am also an introvert which means I do not like conflict and have difficulty fighting for my position on a topic. It's a known fact that introverts often leave answers on the table because of our disposition. But then again this is not about me is it? 
 
 So it is possible that Thomas had some of these same traits and unfortunately because of the no doubt assertiveness of the extroverted Peter and perhaps others in the group, Thomas decided that his contribution to a certain meeting was insufficient enough that he would rather go to the beach and scale some fish than to attend another meeting about the destitute future they all thought that they were facing after Jesus' death. And though I cannot verify it I am pretty sure he was scaling some fish...
 
 I suspect that if we knew precisely where Jesus and the holy Spirit would show up we would attend “all things God” just to be in His presence. But this is not the case; it wasn't then nor is it now. So after giving this message a listen I am sure you will be found skipping to all of your meetings singing, "I’m off to meetings I go, I'm off to meetings I go, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, I'm off to meetings I go." Enjoy and grow, why not do both together? Peace!

Well now that title seems a little off-putting Ken. No but wait...before you leave your groceries in the cart and walk out, be sure you will be better off not hearing what God is sharing in this message. I am absolutely sure you will see John and Peter's relationship in a new light after hearing this. And oh will it change the way you see Biblical relationships from this point on. Much of what is in the Bible is hidden in plain sight and like the servant of Elisha who could not see what was right in front of him (2 Kings 6:15-17) he needed some assistance from the man of God. You want to change, so be it, and give it a listen. 

You have heard it said that too much candy can rot your teeth, or too much milk can actually do the same in babies. You stop the dry milk being served up at many addresses across this nation and start gettin' to the bread and meat of the Word. Maturity comes from the application of scripture in the difficult seasons of life. If this is the first time that you have heard this then nuff said the nail has been hit on the head. Let's go and grow into the mustard tree of life in God, because of what Jesus did on the cross, through His Holy Spirit.

So powzy bam bam one minute your looking at your Christian friends sayin' "like what's sup with them and all that stuff" and the next moment it happened to you and your not sure what or why it happened.  This is the first episode of many that are intended to help you to grow and mature as a Christian, to understand how to fish the Bible for revelation content, and how to equip others once you are in a place of understanding who you are in God and what He has called, assigned, equipped, gifted, and anointed you to do. 

This Podcast will change your current reality and knowledge of what you have seen in todays church. History has shown us that at times God has to go outside His created institution to get the job done. My heart is to see a church fully committed to making disciples and equipping the saints for the work of ministry.  We are aborting too many spiritual babies due to a lack of focus on the whole Christian experience and church purpose. Revival should be the norm in a church today. There should be no mystery or question as to why the church exists in your neighborhood. Enough is enough, signs and wonders - back and normal, miracles - back and normal, operation of spiritual gifts - back and normal, allowing the Holy Spirit preeminence in every meeting - back and normal, non-stop activation and launching of local and global changing ministries - back and normal, complacency and dead-bread...no more!
