Deepening Your Mindset Practice with Marsha Shandur

Listen Later

Marsha Shandur of Yes Yes Marsha deep dives into how her inner beasts treats her with such disdain and how she deals with it. This was a fun interview and I felt a kinship of someone that has done deep work that has helped her fly higher.

One of my favorite aspects of this interview is Marsha’s willingness to open up and talk about her inner demons and how they affect her life. It’s important that we are honest with what is going on in our lives, the good and the bad, so we can learn and help each other.
