Pushing away, getting mad at, and running from negative self-talk may feel like the way to get rid of it, but as I know you’ve experienced, it doesn’t really help it go away.
When you already have ALL these feelings and ALL these thoughts from your negative self-talk and then you meet that with MORE thoughts and feelings of judgement, frustration, anger, or blame, you're adding layers of feelings to something that’s already so thick and heavy to begin with.
