Deeply Here

In this episode, Yara and I are exploring the first stage of The Heroine's journey.

This conversation took us deep into the exploration of:

• Repressing emotions and becoming "the explosive/angry child"
• Menstruation as a rite of passage and the grief of not being initiated through it
• Our relationship with our mothers growing up
• The desire to be approved by dad/society
• The ways our culture keeps us stuck and unable to mature

Welcome to this powerful series I am cohosting with my dear kin soul Yara De Danann on The Heroine's Journey. This is an introduction to what we will explore in the next 8 episodes and we invite you to come along with us as we explore the archetypal journey through the underworld.

We are sharing what brought us together, our own stories and experiences as we move through these phases, and our intention of weaving language and expression into what we see as both a deeply personal and deeply collective journey.

In this episode, I want to share with you the story of my latest trip to Malta and Gozo. I had never thought of these islands as a place to go to, but now I know why I was called. From the ancient temples of Neolithic times, to the layers and layers of patriarchal history, to finding myself in the heart of a preciously held cacao ceremony on the Summer Solstice/ Full Moon... This land planted some powerful seeds in my heart.

In this episode, I had the delight of meeting Valeria for the first time after months of feeling the cosmic invitation to connect deeper with her, and it turned out to be way beyond MAGICAL! Together we talked about the transition from the maiden to mother archetypes, the BIG vision she is conjuring for the Femmepower Collective, and how this creation has called her into a deeper trust in the process and a reverence for the timing of all things.

In this episode, I had the pleasure of having my dear Rev. Briana Lynn, back on the podcast for the 3rd time. This time, we had a delicious conversation on what has been our experience in co-creating the Liberation Mystery School. We shared how we've been touched and transformed in our journey with the Mystery, how we are choosing to show up in every given moment, and how we are relearning our path back to a kin relationship with ourselves, our families, our teachers (plant, fungi & animal) and the world Herself.

This episode is the 6th in a series of 6, inspired by the themes we will explore within my upcoming offering called WITCH, A RECLAMATION.

Today we explore the theme of "Reclaiming the nourishment of our Relationships".  This is a contemplation on how the "divide and conquer" agenda has impacted the ways we relate and how the systems of oppression profit from our distrust of each other. It's an invitation to reclaim our right to nourish our relationships as ways to deeply enrich our lives and those around us.

🌹"WITCH -A Reclamation" will begin on May 12th, 2024.
It's a 6-month mentoring space to embark on the journey of reclaiming our power and activating our inner resources through Transmissions + Rituals + Deep Dives + Sharing Circles held in 1-on-1  & Group sessions.

This episode is the 5th in a series of 6, inspired by the themes we will explore within my upcoming offering called WITCH, A RECLAMATION.

Today we explore the theme of "Reclaiming the connection to our Ancestral Roots ".  This is a deeply nuanced theme. It encompasses layers that include our direct family, our lineage, the places the people before us have called home, the land where we live, and our relationship to the soil.  We go deep into what being a cultural orphan is and how to reweave ourselves back into the rhythms and cycles of the Earth.

This episode is the third in a series of 6, inspired by the themes we will explore within my upcoming offering called WITCH, A RECLAMATION.

Today we explore the theme of "Reclaiming the sacredness of our Body". I share with you some tender stories of the ways I was conditioned to reject and control my body and the process I've navigated for years to reclaim this body as part of the Earth and home to my soul.

This episode is the SECOND in a series of 6, inspired by the themes we will explore within my upcoming offering called WITCH, A RECLAMATION.

Today we explore the theme of "Reclaiming the power of our Voice". I share a real-time story of something that happened this week that made me realize the ways I had been hiding and not giving my voice full expression.

I also share a DELICIOUS spell I'm casting for myself in the next 2 months all with the intention that it lights you up, gives you a different reference for the way you approach your voice, and invites you on a deeper exploration of the power you have when you own your voice.
