I have been reflecting a lot on my personal breaking points, the ones I have experienced related to my mind, body, and emotions, and the call they have gifted me to a deeper alignment with my true self and the way of life I am called into each time. Happy November and welcome to a new series I'm sharing this week called Nourishing November. Yes, I know it sounds kind of weird because WOAH are we ever living in an intense world right now - but actually it's all the more reason to gift yourself moments of deep nourishment throughout your day. I will be sharing episodes, teachings, and practices all week this week to help you connect to your deeper being, slow down and sink into your body, heart, and emotions, and create space to release anxiety and take aligned action from a grounded place. Today I starting us off with a little lesson about the 4 parts of our being, and a simple daily practice that allows you to tune in to each one.
