Following the completion of his master's degree, Lokesh joined forces with other visionary founders to establish Sentics GmbH. Guided by their shared passion for enhancing workplace safety and productivity, they developed a ground-breaking solution: Optical-Real Time Location System (O-RTLS). This innovative system addresses a multitude of challenges faced by production and logistics companies in an ever-evolving environment. It is the world's first system capable of measuring the safety metrics of a production or logistics area. Jonathan obtained a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with strong focus on factory automation and robotics from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in 2004. During his PhD studies at the department of Computer Science of the same school, he was also enrolled in a Master’s Program in Applied Mathematics, completing both studies successfully in 2008. 

From 2008 to 2011, he worked with Prof. Helmut Pottmann in the field of Computational Geometry and Computer Graphics, first at the Technical University of Vienna, later at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in Thuwal, Saudi Arabia. His final years as a postdoctoral researcher, he spent at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) in Prof. Stefano Soatto’s Machine Vision Lab. He returned to Germany in 2015 to found Vathos where he has served as CTO ever since.

Patrick was selected as one of the cultural exchange ambassadors for young professionals by the German federal government and the US congress (CBYX), he was awarded the culture and creative pilots award from the federal ministry of economics in Germany in 2013 for Zeitfenster and won the real estate innovation award from EXPO Real in 2017 for Go—PopUp.  
 
Patrick holds a B.Sc. (Online Media | FH Furtwangen), M.A (Digital Media | HdM Stuttgart) and started a PhD (Experience Design | TU Berlin with Telekom Innovation Laboratories).
