Hey! I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note.
For seven days, I tracked the voice in my head. I wasn't trying to fix it yet. I just wanted to hear what it was saying, when it spoke up and how it steered my choices.
In this episode I share the results of my 7-Day Inner Voice Audit: the patterns I noticed, the moments it was loudest, and what surprised me about how much it shapes my day.
I also cover what's next. In the next experiment, when the "What would they say?" thought shows up, I'll run it through four questions based on 2 Corinthians 10:5, "take captive every thought," and write down what I do about it.
This podcast is a day-by-day record of my own growth. It's for me, for my son and for the man I'm becoming. If you're listening, I hope it helps you start hearing your own voice more clearly.

Hey! I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note.
What if some of the things holding us back aren't happening around us—but are happening inside our own heads?
In the first episode of Defeating the Inner Voice, I introduce the idea behind this podcast and why I'm starting this journey. I explore the internal dialogue we all experience, how our thoughts can influence our beliefs and actions, and why we often accept our thoughts as facts without questioning them.
I'll also share why this journey is personal for me, how my faith connects to the process, and why I believe awareness has to come before change.
I'm not creating this podcast because I've defeated my inner voice.
I'm creating it because I'm learning how.
Hey! I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note.
Welcome everyone to Defeating The Voice where I share insights on what i do to defeat the monologue I have on a day to day basis to become 1% better each day.

The Inner War is a podcast about the battle happening inside your own mind—the thoughts, fears, doubts, excuses, and negative beliefs that quietly hold you back from becoming who…
Every episode confronts the inner dialogue that tells you:
"I'm not good enough." "I'm too far behind." "I'll start tomorrow." "What if I fail?" "Maybe I'm just not meant for this."
We break down where these thoughts come from, how they influence your decisions, and how to challenge the stories you've been telling yourself.
This isn't about pretending everything is okay or repeating empty motivational quotes. It's about developing the mindset, self-awareness, discipline, and courage to take control of your thoughts and your actions.
Whether you're chasing financial freedom, building a business, improving your relationships, pursuing a dream, or simply trying to become a better version of yourself, The Inner War is about one thing:
Defeating the voice that keeps you from becoming who you were meant to be.
The battle starts in the mind. Let's win it.
