02:04:07 Wrap Up

We finally wrangled the boys and recorded for way too long! Enjoy 20+ minutes of us going down memory lane by browsing our files and folders, which is just tremendous radio content. Then we've got thoughts on the Not-E3 happenings so far, including the Horizon State of Play and Battlefield 2042 reveal, yelling about people yelling about cross gen games, and hopes for the upcoming shows of "E3". Then we finally get to a few games we've played, like more Dragon Quest 11, some of that new Subnautica, and Griftlands!

Remember these? Even we hardly do! Video games are back on the menu which means Joe and Jamison are back to have far too long review discussions about the latest releases.

00:05:17 Returnal

01:30:15 Resident Evil Village

Friendships are ended when Ben and Joe forget about Jamison's birthday. But then, friendships are reformed with the healing powers of It Takes Two. Ben regales us with tales of playing more DRAGON QUEST XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age - Definitive Edition S, for the Nintendo Switch (Now on Xbox Game Pass), Joe played a good indie game, a bad indie game, and accidentally beat Loop Hero before taking a long overdue gaming vacation, and Jamison finally played something. The most complicated video game ever made - 13 Sentinels!

We're back, again. Another month has passed! We reflect on a year of covid before getting back to complaining about the important stuff - where are the video games!? We chat about all sorts of games, as is evident by the two and a half hour run time, but I really can't remember what we discussed. Valheim? Most likely. A little Loop Hero?? Probably. The Witcher 2??? The original Fire Emblem???? I think those also came up. There's only one way to find out though and that's to listen to the entire episode!

Have you heard of Valheim? Jamison has been too busy and miserable to get on the viking hype train but Joe and Ben have become thoroughly addicted to it. We also chat about all things Mario, the remarkably lackluster Nintendo Direct and what in the world Nintendo is even up to, lament the return of Mass Effect, and more!

We're back with our first normal episode of 2021! In it, Ben serenades us with not one but TWO top ten lists. He's got his Best of the Generation and Best of 2020. After all that, we chit chat about some video games such as Joe's latest anime school girl game; 13 Sentinels, Jamison played all of Final Fantasy XV for reasons even he doesn't understand, and more!

Joe and Jamison are back for their 8th annual way-too-long chat about the year in games. Enjoy!

00:00:00 Intro

It's time to kick of 2021 with the longest single game discussion in human history! Join Joe and Jamison on the odyssey that is the Cyberpunk 2077 review chat. Despite us saying in the intro that this would include PS5 launch games being discussed, that is false. It's just Cyberpunk. Nothing but Cyberpunk. 4 HOURS OF CYBERPUNK CHAT - oh god.

The next generation is here! We did it everyone, we survived 2020 long enough to see the release of these new consoles and unsurprisingly that occupies pretty much the entire duration of this episode. PS5 and Xbox Series X, the consoles themselves, the controllers, the games - we go over it all!
