07/21/25: Joel Heitkamp is joined by Dane DeKrey, criminal defense lawyer at Ringstrom DeKrey. Ringstrom DeKrey represented Minnesota State Senator Nicole Mitchell in her trial. The jury began deliberating on the fourth day of testimony regarding the charges against Sen. Mitchell of Woodbury and delivered a verdict after about three hours. She was charged with felony first-degree burglary and possession of burglary or theft tools after the alleged break-in on April 22, 2024.

Dane DeKrey said for the first time on-air that Senator Mitchell will be resigning within two weeks of today.
