Evangelist Decorla Holmes is a preacher, teacher of the gospel of Jesus Christ, an event organizer, and an entrepreneur.  She is the creator of several community services such as Feed My Sheep, Love Thy Neighbor Homeless Ministry and Sisters of Strength Prison Ministry.  She is passionate about reaching women from all walks of life spreading the message “No matter what you have been through or going through, you are fearfully and wonderfully made.”  

Evangelist Holmes knows that the only way to empower, impact and change lives is through God’s word and love.  She founded I’M SO FANCY (Favored. Anointed. New. Confidently.
