hi, it's the pod's anniversary month! woo hoo!

in this episode, we'll talk about how important it is to not define yourself based on what you see on social media. while it is nice to engage in activities we usually see other people do, we do not have to push ourselves to enjoy things that are not for us. this episode is a reminder that it is not bad to explore but conforming to things that do not work for you just because it works for others could harm you, your mindset, and how you view yourself.
