I'm excited to have you with me today as I'm talking about something important, resistance in the form of deflection which is a mask.

Now I've talked about resistance before but not like this.

A lot of people deflect, it's truly just resistance and honestly, it may be a mask I can't get through.  It is the hardest mask to crack and honestly, if you have this mask then you are holding on tight.  But here is the worst news...if this is you, you won't get results, you can't get what you want from a voice perspective because you won't allow yourself to have it.
