In part two of Degradus, three stories unfold.

Elizabeth Donovan: daughter of Cureon's CTO, Claire. Determined to escape her mother's shadow and the privilege that has defined her life, Elizabeth joins a rebel group whose target is Cureon, and everything Cureon stands for.

Maxwell Griffin: a low-level Cureon employee whose deal with the company's CEO, made to help his struggling community, pulls him into the center of a growing scandal. Somehow, he finds himself the head of an illegal black market syndicate.

As the fallout from the DegP vaccine spreads and a second crisis erupts across America, their paths begin to converge. Together, they'll discover what it really costs to stand against the powers that be.
