Dehydration Isn't a Day at the Beach

In this episode we review what happens in dehydrtion, who may be at increased risk, and what happens to the body when it doesn't get enoug hwater. We also distinguish between two major types of dehydration; intracellular (without salt loss) and extracellular (with salt loss).
