Physical Therapist, Robert, helps to define what DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) is, the importance of DEI, how to identify our own biases and how we can integrate DEI principles into better treating our patients and colleagues. Additionally, we’ll explore ways to create a safe environment for everyone and have conversations on how DEI shows up in the physical therapy clinic.
