WHO IS RAMON TOOKES?
Ramon Tookes is a successful Real Estate Investor, Coach, and Developer with over 25 years of experience in the industry. He is the founder of Tookes Development- a real estate consulting firm specializing in investment consultation that he established in 2005. Ramon has been involved in over 1,000 real estate deals and has a wealth of knowledge to share with others who are looking to get started in the industry or grow their business.
Ramon Tookes was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. He comes from a family of entrepreneurs and was exposed to the real estate industry at a young age. His grandfather was a successful business owner, his father had a respectable real estate portfolio, and his uncles had a lucrative contractor business. Ramon began his entrepreneurial career as a teenager when he started his own lawn care service and car wash. He inked his first real estate deal as a freshman in college and financed his college career with the proceeds from his real estate investments.
Ramon earned his BS in Criminal Justice from Georgia State University and his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Emory Law School. Although he started out wanting to become the next Johnnie Cochran, his passion for real estate was undeniable and seems to continue to grow daily. He is the proud father of five children and enjoys reading, sports, and travel.
