We receive all the blessings of God and all that we need for the Christian life through our union with Christ. As our understanding of this union deepens, we experience greater encouragement and joy in the God who has united us to Himself, giving us strength to stand firm as we follow Christ. In this message, Dr. Michael Reeves considers the centrality of union with Christ for the Christian life, helping us see how the truths that we are in Christ and that Christ is in us give us everything we need to know him and to be faithful to him.
The Reformation brought about changes not only in the church but also in the home. In this session, Dr. Michael Reeves examines how the Reformers laid the foundation for much of our understanding of the role of marriage and family in God’s plan for His creation.

Forty percent of pastors have considered pulling out of ministry in the last year. We need a generation that is stronger than ever. Not born bull-headed or temperamentally steady, but with true strength given as a gift and freely available, untapped to every believer. Where does true strength come from? How does one access it? Michael Reeves charges the 2024 UST graduates from Psalm 84.

Christ came not only so that we can be declared righteous before God in our justification but also so that we can be set apart from the world unto God’s service in our sanctification. In this message, Dr. Michael Reeves looks at the Westminster Confession’s chapter on sanctification, noting how the confession points us to a biblical understanding of God’s conforming us to the image of His Son.
This message is from We Believe, our 2024 Winter Conference:
One of the foundational truths of the Christian faith is that God has adopted us as children by grace and through faith. In this message, Dr. Michael Reeves considers how the Apostles’ Creed points to God as “the Father Almighty” and how this is based on the Bible’s teaching about God.
