  • Episode Seven: Lauren Rodych-Eberle

Super privileged to sit down with Lauren for the second time on Delivered as she shares the birth story of her newest addition, their beautiful daughter Landyn. She dodged a Seattle-wide power outage changing the vibe of her home birth, powered through prodromal labour symptoms beyond her guess date, and scaled the stairs in her home after birth so her husband could meet their baby... you're going to want to listen haha.

Beyond our birth convo, Lauren shares her ever-positive perspective on life and how she and her husband have created a dynamic that works for them during the hockey season and during the off season. As a Conscious Parenting Coach, Lauren offers a really great perspective for moms trying to navigate solo parenting or SAHM-ing while keeping the joy.

Enjoy and check out Lauren's upcoming Conscious Parenting webinars and replays of past webinars here.

Thanks Pele, I appreciate your humor and storytelling. You're incredible.

  • Episode Five: Natalie Pupo

Natalie pours her heart into this conversation and opens up about her intense postpartum experience -- trigger warning for PPA and PPD -- and how she is healing and coping to this day.

Her story is valuable and relevant, and I hope that you take a listen even if you haven't experienced these things because it can open a vein of empathy for mother's who are simultaneously caring for their babies and navigating serious mental health issues.

Huge thank you to Natalie for her raw and honest storytelling, and you can find her @naturallynatalie to follow along on her journey!

  • Episode Four: Brenna Starrs

Today's episode is a very honest conversation with Brenna Starrs, a mom of one beautiful little girl and small business owner, who did NOT have the picture perfect pregnancy, birth, or postpartum experience that floods our social channels. Her story is important because it highlights some experiences that many women have but don't get to speak about -- pregnancy after loss, hyperemesis gravidarium, and perinatal and postpartum anxiety and depression. In the end she is living with her dream child, but her road to meet her was not what she envisioned. Thank you Brenna, for your time and sharing so openly.

    Enjoy this episode!

  • season finale: malcom william sheahan

This is it! My home birth story of my second son, Malcom, and the final episode of Delivered season one.

I have absolutely loved doing this project -- learning from the women who had the courage to come on and share, hearing all kinds of birth stories, and creating a safe space for all things pregnancy and birth.

I am so happy and grateful to have had the birth experience I did, and I wouldn't have had the information, bravery, and confidence to do it without the conversations I had over the past 9 months. So again, a sincere thank you to everyone who has participated and listened.

Mac entered the world so smoothly, and has been a calm and sweet little boy ever since. He was an instant fit within our family, and I love watching him grow.
