You’d likely see a few shelves and tables right at the front full of self-help books, or books that promote self-acceptance and worldly indulgence. In today’s message, Pastor Ken teaches that this focus that culture has on self-esteem is problematic for a couple of reasons, but the biggest being that it’s unbiblical. Your identity isn’t in how you value yourself or what you indulge in. Your identity is in Jesus Christ, and how He died to save you.
