Defining "high quality" for yourself is one way to start this conversation with yourself. I also would invite you to look at what makes your sessions valuable to your clients while they're on your table. Including easy ways (on us) to make giving high quality massages gives us the opportunity to find different ways of doing and thinking about what we do. Much of what holds us back from those opportunities are our old beliefs. New beliefs are necessary to have if we want to create something valuable and high quality for ourselves and our clients.
