When important days are approaching, we naturally prepare for them. How can I prepare for Christmas, and other "Days of the Lord" that are yet to come?

It's possible that we get tired of hearing, "Jesus is the reason for the season". And, we love the cheerful joy-filled elements of Christmas. But, Malachi declares the life and death nature of Jesus' coming, giving Christmas an urgency we need to rediscover today!
