At age 19 Chicago based artist Double Dipp decided to try his hand at DJing and music production. He quickly fell in love with the craft and the newfound creative expression it offered. Five years later, through the introduction to Chicago’s underground music scene, Double Dipp underwent a musical renaissance introducing him to house, techno, drum and bass, garage, and various other genres of electronic music that became transformative to his sound and identity. With a focus on minimal house, but crates expanding across the musical spectrum, Double Dipp has been performing at and producing events at various bars, clubs, and after hours around Chicago.
