Inside the frigid maze of the housing project, the team’s investigation takes a dangerous turn. A simple entry plan collapses into chaos as the building erupts with movement and the agents are forced to adapt fast. While tensions rise inside and outside the complex, strange details about the missing officer’s last known moments begin to surface—details that suggest something inside these walls is far worse than anyone expected.
About the Chronicle
Project Echo is a Delta Green scenario set in the winter of 2018, where a joint task force is assembled to uncover what happened to Roger Johnson, a disgraced Minneapolis police officer who vanished while obsessively investigating a double murder in the Echo Projects’ north building. Combining urban decay, cold Midwestern nights, and the slow burn of an investigation gone too far, the campaign explores what happens when a “friendly” stares too long into the unnatural—and what Delta Green is willing to risk to keep that truth from ever reaching the public.
