Hey so in this episode you're gonna get a rough recording which I apologize for, I couldn't get it to convert over like I usually do don't know what was going on with it.
I had Mr. Dennis the mind behind My Wildlife Harvest on, it is a new app that you can track all your hunts after the kill, with pictures and it will give you GPS coordinates along with times, and if you want it to has a section for notes where you can put in there everything about the hunt. What I like about it is you can put pictures in there from your camera roll and add a notes, it will give you the dates and times. It will store everything where you could use it as a journal or data entry log not only for your harvest, but to document all your hunts. I thought that was pretty cool and it's something that if you're serious about numbers and keeping track of things, I believe it's a really good app to look into.

In today's episode we talk the first few days of youth season with Hunter, here at the ranch we've had a mass acorn crop so it's been a bit of a grind. I also discuss it's his first year hunting out of a saddle and he's loving it. Few things that I go over as we are looking for Properties to Lease in either Oklahoma, Missouri, or Nebraska. I also discussed looking for a few small hunting outfits to work with.

So on today's episode I talk about how the early season is going so far for us. Then we go into what the weathers gonna do this next week and our plans on hunting for it. Afterwards I kinda go off the rail and talk about the last football game before the playoffs start for my sons football team. I explain how he got beat last night for a touchdown and the disappointment I saw in him because he thought he disappointed me and what that meant to me as a dad and I know that I never wanted him to feel that way.

In todays episode I am joined by Brant David and Ty Overland. We start off in today's episode just talking about the up-and-coming hunting trip we are going on as a group, and then it transitions over to saddle hunting.
We cover a lot of different parts of saddle hunting and what that involves from our perspective. Ty and I both saddle hunt, Brant does not he is still doing lock-ons and climbers, but will probably be switching over with us.
What you can expect is saddle hunting from our point of view, they have other guys out there with better ones but this is ours. we talk different name brands of items (saddles, platforms, sticks, etc) that we use and how we use those items. We also discussed other companies that produce items. that we haven't used but are checking them out.

I have John Soukup on with me and he not only fishes the Bass Elites but is a Full time angler on The National Professional Fishing league. He was one of the premier guys in the sonar world when it all first started in the 2017/2018 time frame. This isn't Johns first time on with us so was not a rigid interview lol.
