Life After Death attempts to explore, and come to terms with the trauma and heartbreak of losing a loved one to a place of peace.My mum died a year ago. It was the worst year of my life, a year of heartbreak trauma that sent me spiralling into previously unfamiliar depths of misery. But it has also been a journey of retrospection and of discovery; of myself, Mum and life.
