The Black Eyed Children are a bit of urban folklore from Abilene, Texas. They were first reported in 1996, by a Texan reporter, who to this day, still stands by his story. The children-like creatures who depict themselves as kids between the ages of 6-16, with pale skin, and deep black eyes. Anyone who is said to have encountered them have said they've felt inexplicable fear and dread while being around them. Don't let them into your house or car, no matter what they say, it may cost you your life!
