The House gave Hon. Kennedy Agyapong (MP, Assin Central) the opportunity to apologise for making an offensive comment about the Parliament of Ghana. He says he apologises "if the House finds it offensive" and also he never said Parliament is useless but confirm with accusation that he said "parliament is cheap" even though he was not allowed to finish his statement in that radio interview.
