Demystifying Work/Life Balance: When will it ever be enough?

Listen Later

There are two months out of the year I tend to feel totally out of balance in my life and business: May and December. Typically those are the months with more family and school activities, work gets nuts, major holidays occur, travel is high, and the urge to say YES to all the things is at a fever pitch. This May is different, though, because of the global pandemic. Our family activities and school commitments have been wiped off the map, evaporating into thin air. Our work travel is a thing of the past. There are no parties to attend, no cookies to bake, no awards ceremony to videotape, no road trips to take. What an empowering time to get to switch up the script on work/life “balance” (spoiler alert! It never existed! But I believe work/life “integration” does...more on that later…)

Today I ask (or, if I’m honest, I YELL this in my own home!) “When will it ever be enough”? When will we have enough activities on the schedule, enough likes on our social media posts, enough parties to attend, enough time, enough money earned, enough savings in the bank, enough accolades on our resume...to feel contented, to feel satisfied.  When will we know when to slow down and to stop? This is a topic we will dive deep on in “Aligned & Balanced,” a 15 member small group, high touch coaching program forming NOW and launching online May 7.  Only a handful of spots remain so email me [email protected] if you’re intrigued. I can’t wait to hear how you answer this question for you and your family.

Are you ready to put yourself on the list and say enough is enough? Register for one of the last spots of my 4 week small group, high touch coaching program “Aligned & Balanced” right here. https://andrea-seeney-1531.mykajabi.com/offers/rzo6eYKW  We’ll meet live on Zoom on Thursdays - all calls will be recorded.
