Our God is amazing, and his glory, power, majesty, and love are clearly seen in his creation and in his word, and we are left in awe!

This week Pastor Dustin closes off the series we've been working through for the past six weeks with the discipine of Kingdom Prayer.  If we want to be people on mission with God, we must be people of prayer.  Jesus relied entirely on his Father through prayer, and so we must as well!

Care, discipleship, and justice are in the DNA of the church, and as we desire to be God's faithful presence on earth, we must invest in children and seek to see them grow and develp into the amazing people God created them to be.

This week as we get ready for our annual General Meeting, Pastor Dennis reminds us of the vision and direction that we are pursuing, and what that is going to look like in the coming year.

This week Pastor Dennis reminds us that as a church and as individuals on mission with God we must be disciplined to care for the least of these.  The least are not just the most desperate and suffering in society, but all who are lost and hurting, and we must be ready to reach out and bring care and hope to them all the time!

This week we talked about the need for us as a church to desires to be on mission with God to be faithful in proclaiming the gospel.  We need to live lives that preach the truth, but we also need to remember to speak the truth that Jesus is alive!

As people that want to be on Mission with Jesus, one of the disciplines we need to cultivate is reconciliation.  True reconciliation is so much more than forgiveness and getting along, it is inviting Jesus into the middle of our relationships and hurts, and together pursuing what He has for us!

This week Pastor Dennis began our new series in which we are going to explore the disciplines and practices that a church needs in order to be on mission with God.  As we seek to be the faithful presence of God in our world, what do we need to do in order to make that happen?

This week Pastor Dennis walked us through our building project and we opened things up to allow people to see the progress.  Pastor Dennis reminded us that this was not about building a building to serve ourselves, but to serve our greater community and to serve as a place for community to happen.

Easter is a day we remember that Jesus is alive, but we live like that's true every day!
