I wish to file today's discussion under we need to talk... there was recent opinion piece in The New York Times the other day. Florida Governor and 2024 Presidential hopeful Ron DeSantis is attempting a cultural takeover of new college which would abolish critical race theory, dismantling any courses focusing on LGBTQ+ issues as well as a direct assault on new colleges DE&I Program and here is my concern....

I recently spoke at an event in the Atlanta area filled with entrepreneurs and HBCU Alumni, as we were wrapping up Q&A Someone asked me my thoughts on Deion Sanders' decision to leave Jackson State to pursue a coaching position at The University of Colorado.
