On this episode Dulce Vasquez returns and talks to us about what she has been up to since her last campaign. She opens up about sharing person situations she has been through with national news outlets. She always talks about how she had to take a break after the last campaign, and then what brought her back into the political run. A lot of changes she wants to see happen for her community are things that can only be changed on a state level, so when she was asked to run for the 57th Assembly District it was a great way for her to be part of those changes.

On this Episode I am joined by Auburn from The Yoga Dance Co. She shares her journey of opening up the studio and how it all came about. She takes us back and talks about how as a child she was a dancer and her mom was one of her first teachers. Fast forward in life she was in a job that was high stress and not doing well for your health, she decided to leave and focus on her health. In that she found the love for dance and movement again, and it lead her to yoga. She then started the process of opening up her studio, while pregnant and being diagnosed with a medical condition. Through it all she kept moving forward with her mission to have this studio to benefit the wellness and mental health of her local community of all ages. Her studio offers yoga and aerial classes for everyone for little kids to grandparents. She is also in the midst of releasing a program to help with anxiety and over all wellness.
