In this second week of Advent, we find the story of Rahab, and we talk about what ALL of us have to learn from the women of the Bible.

As we continue "You Ready?", a season of teaching in the parables, Michael reads from Matthew 13, where we find the answer to the age old question: What do mustard seeds and leaven have to do with moped gangs and baby shark?

As we continue teaching from the parables, what do we make of Jesus' picture of a farmer being told not to uproot the weeds from their crop fields? Is he really asking us not to root out the evil all around us?

This week, we will look at what we are invited into as believers and followers of Christ. Is it simply to accept and adopt a set of behaviors and beliefs, or are we invited into participating in something deeper?
