Depression comes and it goes yo. It creeps in when our minds are not guarded. Like why is it that when I start feeling good and doing right? The trauma feeling of "that's too good to be true, or real creeps in" Now here we are. Or you might have thought things were going well then some wild stuff happened now you are broke, don't have any money, are stressed and the list goes on. We all deal with depression differently but I want to share some ways that help me get out of that state of mind because it is all just in the mind.
